Letting an AI manage part of my money — guardrails, bots, and what I'd never automate

Pinky, a trading API, real cash and hard rules. How far I let it go, and the line I won't cross.

I let an agent manage part of my money. Not all of it, and never without walls.

What's automated: signals, reconciliation, batching contractor pay across four currencies, flagging anything weird. What's not: any irreversible move above a threshold, anything with leverage past a hard line, and any decision that would hurt to undo. Those pause for me.

The rule I'd give anyone: automate the boring and the reversible, keep a human on the painful and the permanent. The bot is allowed to drive — inside lanes I painted, with a brake I control.
